Is alcantara dashboard accent gone?

Noticed a thread in the Model S forum where it was missing, did anyone recently take delivery of an X and notice it missing with PUP?

This has got to mean a refresh is coming to the interior, wouldn't you think? How many options are you going to take away from the "premium" pckage before it's not so premium? Especially for 4500.

There's been refresh speculation for years. Tesla will slowly send it out in small changes, I don't think we'll see a major refresh soon.

I picked mine up on Wednesday, and it's still got it.

Possibly it was made standard? I see there was some chatter about this on the Model S section. (Speculation for new interior refresh). I feel if anything it will be a dashboard refresh. (If it was discontinued)

Not everyone will share the same sentiment, but the alcantra was a detractor for us with the PUP. It's also possible it's just manufacturing inconsistencies.

Only PUP cars are supposed to have 2nd row under seat lighting, but our MS came with it. Only PUP cars are supposed to come with the quick connect adapter (available for after purchase) but our MX came with it.

I guess I'll confirm today, ordered the PUP, let's see if it is there or not.

It's possible they also made it standard.

I have the dash accent. But I ordered PUP.

If anyone has a new car and didn't buy PUP let us know if you have alcantara trim on on the dash.
