Is new AMD cpu inadequate for the UI?

For my 2022 MYLR, I have freeze UI issue. When I use the display, try some settings, sometimes the UI just freezes and no way to swipe down or click any button on the UI unless I wait like 10+ or maybe 20 seconds. Rebooted once, still the same.

I can think of a couple reasons:

1. The new AMD cpu is inadequate for the UI task.
2. The UI thread also runs backend tasks.
3. Unknown bug.

#1 is unlikely.
#2 is unlikely but possible. If saving settings to the cloud is also executed in same UI thread, then UI can be unresponsive when the background tasks are still running (pushing data to cloud takes time).
#3 is also possible.

Anyone have the same issue?

Nope, I have 2022 Model Y built in August and the UI is very smooth. Compared to my 2020 Model Y with the Intel Atom chip its a huge difference.

Boot times for browser and entertainment apps are night and day.
