Is the car online access acting up?

Seems that for the last week or so the app has taken ages and ages to connect to the car and update when I open it.

Is anyone else seeing this? I do have other apps that connect to the car, but I’m not getting the ‘too many clients’ message, it’s just going really slow.

Yes. And I don't use any other apps. I went to check earlier and after around 3 minutes I just gave up. Been like that for a couple of days

Same here. With this and the recent updates making auto wipers even worse this car feels far less ‘smart’ than my previous ICE car…

Same, recently it's particularly bad and often doesn't connect at all.
We were sold regular updates as a thing of the future, it's frustrating when they make things worse ...
Where's my picket sign... "HiFi parking for USS cars!"

Isn't this usually a sign of an incoming update?
I often find issues like this pre-update

No problem here, although my car is generally connected to Wifi rather than using the 4G connection which might have an effect.

on contrary, my car has better connectivity while on 4G rather than wifi. but could be due to my wifi setup

No issue here, especially after the modem change in December 2023

Same. Mine is definitely failing to connect more regularly than it ever did. Prior to the past week or so it was just about 100% reliable. Now seems to struggle 50% of the time. So something has changed.

Same here add it to the long list of stuff that just doesn’t work anymore. Really pi**ing me off.

Same mine takes a force close of the app and some patience to connect now
