At first I had to used my card to start the car, but now the BT seems to work in the app and the car starts as normal. close the app. cycle the blue tooth. Mine too didn't start the car used my card key and the car worked fine. after that the BT connected the phone and the app shows the key as connected...nothing else in the app works.Logging out I found out myself once is not good. Don’t remember the circumstances but it ended up being a pain. Hope you have your card key. Do you have another driver with authorized phone key for when it goes back on line.

while i understand the need for app maintenance, Tesla should be doing a better job of 1. providing high-availability servers to prevent an extended outage and 2. alerting users that the app will be down for maintenance and to have their keycard nearby.
