Is this level of battery degradation normal

This is what TeslaFi shows after 11 month of ownership. Used ~ 2500 miles of supercharging, mostly when odometer was between 4k - 5k and after 7k miles. Always navigated to charger for preconditioning. Battery SOC is mostly between 30 and 70 % and never below 15% or above 85%. Is this sharp and continued drop normal after 8k miles?

I have no idea about the necessary details about your particular car, but with 99.99% likelihood, it is normal.

There is a sharp drop off in the first year and then stabilizes after that. You are right at the one year mark.

I wouldn't obsess about these abrupt changes. I seem them from time to time (in both directions). I am guessing they have to do with some recalibration and it is better to look at longer-term trends.
