Don't want to spend loads but need to get a set of 4 so would be good to know if anyone has tried these or a similar set for cheaper?
Seen DIY videos of people making their own using rubber pucks but these look much better and are reasonably priced.

What are we to make of this note in the description?

They need modifying... to be fair at least the dimensions are shown, which is helpful ... the nipple is too long ... cut it down to half an inch if buying this type. However, this type are on sale a bit cheaper than the link you provided (even on Amazon) so you may as well save a few quid!
