If I were buying my car again, I think I'd get the 19s stock and then order the track pack. The track pack 20 wheels look good for a reasonable price. I'd probably put Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires on the 20s after burning through the stock rubber. I'd put some all seasons or winter tires on the stock 19s.

Yep, I put all season Contis on the stock 19’s, for winter.

Nevermind, ignore me. That would be a dumb idea. The track pack brakes don't fit with the 19s. You couldn't use the 19s for winter.

I was just about to reply to say! That’s part of the reason I wouldn’t justify the track pack. I want to be able to use my 19” winters. Oh, and the $15k part.

That's just traction control managing tire slip.

Feels like front end shudder?

Not apples to apples but my M3P is extremely smooth at all power levels while the MXP I can feel some kind of slight vibration at more than half throttle even in very low.

Yup. Though, this thread is about vibration between 40-50 mph under light acceleration.

I have shudder under hard acceleration. They claim it's the cold grease and it should go away when warmed up. But that's different to what this thread is about. I have that too :/

The 2021 S didn't have this vibration at start. Only the 2022 and onward does. Makes you wonder why.

Right. And even after replacing the half shafts multiple times, the my '21 still doesn't have it.
They did change the steering knuckles in the '22, right?

The Software Update theory has been discussed, search this thread for "software update".

I wonder if they quietly updated something in the drivetrain.

I don't have the original half shafts that came with the car. They replaced them to try and fix the shudder problem.
