Allstate came in at 1600. Now Geico gave me a quote for 800 for a 6 month policy no problem.
Guess I am going back to Geico.
Geico has a TERRIBLE history of NOT paying repair claims in full on Teslas. I know of three other Model S owners who have had significant issues with them here in AZ. I currently have a case pending with the Arizona Department of Insurance. The issue is, they will only pay, "prevailing wage" on labor. But a Telsa certified body shop usually charges much more (double) the rates for a "regular" body shop It's a BAD situation to be in.
Geico is no bargain if you have a claim. And isn't that the whole point of insurance?
