Just drove my 3 in the rain for the first time. Wipers are good!

No problem with the wipers set to auto. After about 15 seconds of light rain accumulation they triggered at a low speed and cleared the windshield perfectly for my trip. Others have complained, but they seem to work fine for me so far.

Just took a trip out of dfw to the casinos in Oklahoma. Found out they did not even add windshield washer fluid.

Exactly... and then wait for steady rainfall in the night in an area where there are not too many street lights. It almost gets dangerous to rely on the auto wipers at that point!

I feel like there's a pretty subjective level of what makes a perfect auto wiper speed. The speed in the video above really isn't terrible, but that's my opinion.

Are wiper like auto pilot, they need some time to calibrate ?

I'm mostly good with the Auto but my wife would much rather have a more aggressive setting for Auto. It doesn't help that the manual swipe button is opposite side from our other car but Auto can take a lot to trigger that first swipe, even in daytime.
