keep catching plastic sill

Yesterday was another day when our M3 with a family full caught the plastic near the rear wheels- that bit that which is flared down a bit before the rear wheels.

Is there a different trim which is flat?

We were leaving a car park with a small bump in the levels.

I may be being stupid here but I don't know what you mean!

Nor do I. Sounds like you're talking about a mudguard? There's no plastic near the rear wheels to my knowledge.

They're in front of the rear wheel. Its actually part of the complete plastic sill under the body

Its an air deflector to remove turbulance before air hits the rear tyres. Counter intuitive but very effective. The ipace tends to leave theirs behind quite often at speed bumps and kerbs. So what if you catch them?

Guys, these parts got stripped on my model S. I try to find part number or what are they called, but no luck..

does anybody here know what parts exactly are these? About an inch of it got stripped...maybe when i drove over the iced snow yesterday...

They're the lowest part of the car so will be the first to scrape speedhumps etc. Not really a big deal.
