Lacquer Peeling on Uberturbine

Hi all,

Currently going back and forth with Telsa here in the UK in regards to this issue.

I have curbed the one wheel but the lacquer is peeling all across the wheel, this has also started happening on other wheels in areas with no impact at all and continues to get worse with time

Telsa saying not a manufacturer issue or warranty but I can’t see how this is not an issue with my vehicle as can’t find much online about others having the same issue.

Have taken to several 3rd party wheel referb companies who advised not seen it before and looks like a manufacturer issue.

Had the car from new and is only 14 months old

Anyone had this issue or any thoughts/advice?

Ridiculous. Unless there's some fault due to caustic chemicals or something I can't imagine a company wouldn't stand behind their product and make it right.

I noticed the same thing on my uberturbine wheel.
