Lady hits my car and drives away. Tesla cam FAIL

Not to make light of the damage to your car, but if this happened in Alberta, Tesla’s poor sentry video management wouldn’t have mattered. Alberta doesn’t even have front license plates to capture.

You can report this as a hit and run to the nearest reporting centre in Ontario.

possibly get security footage from the superstore parking footage..might be too late as they might of got erased over by now..maybe worth a chance

Tried to get footage from the manager at Superstore. She said she didn't think they would be able to and because they were so busy.
Called again the following day and she said they looked but couldn't get.

Its very noticeable and the paint came off and the bare metal is visible

I knows it's too late this time but when you do get it fixed I recommend putting on a clear bra as it would likely have prevented the paint damage and you'd be left with only the dent to deal with, which many times paintless dent repair can deal with door dings... Again sorry to see it happen, I hope it all gets fixed up like new... I do wish however when she caught her hair in the door she had of tried to lean across the car and pulled it heheh =)
