Last day... Carbon Fiber upgrade a good bargain?

With the Leather interior you only need to pay $250 for carbon fiber upgrade.
At beginning it looks cheap, but then when you look into Model S design house, it cost extra $1000 to get it.
Then it sounds like if you don't pick it, you are an idiot.

But what's the benefit of it besides different look? Is it more solid and durable? I say it touches good, but doesn't necessarily looks better.

You make your purchases purely based on bargains...? Get something you like (aka looks good to you).

The CF trim is so light it will save few lbs from your car and you can probably get to 60mph a bit faster.

The amount of weight you might save from this is so minimal it will make no measurable difference in your 0-60 time. Want to make a bigger difference? Get lighter wheels, or simpler yet, don't have that burrito for lunch.

It was a sarcasm in responding to "what's the benefit of it besides different look"
There's nothing special about it. Just the way it looks. Carbon Fiber is often an option on higher end sport cars, and some people like to have it. From a luxury standpoint Carbon fiber is usually avoided. Either way it does not matter, It's just the way it looks. If you prefer it over the other trims, then get it.
