I saw one of the Tesla in the album has a China/HK cross border plate installed on it. I also have a China plate on my ICE car. I'm wondering if the procedure for registering an EV is the same as an ICE car. i remember when I registered my car for cross boundary use, they had to run these tests at a center in Yeun Long as well as getting insurance there for you to drive in China. Just want to know if the procedure is different and if the insurance is cheaper or more expensive for EV vehicle? I don't plan to put my China plate on my Tesla yet, though there are SCs in Shenzhen Bay and HuangGang now. Be great if you can share your experience.

If have smart phone will have gmail (the best way to keep contacts for both iPhone and android) so G+ will be in there just need to turn it on.

Actually started in 2013, but he is not involved in it at all. It was his idea originally, and he published a paper. But, others are running with it.
