At last - I've found someone with the same issues
Ordered in December, picked up 17th March - Lex leasing via Fleet Alliance.
I had virtually no information from the leasing company - just an email from Tesla where and when to pick up the car.
Had access via the app two days later, but not online. When I phoned Tesla about setting up payment for supercharging I was told not to worry about it, the car would charge and the charge would sit in some holding account somewhere!
