Looking for Recommendations in Toronto: Model Y Suspension Improvements

I love the Model Y. So much. I can't stand the incredibly firm suspension though. We have a VIN x26xxx, and it's harsh.

Has anyone in the Toronto area upgraded their suspension for a more supple ride? (Not looking for performance suspension.) If so, how was your experience, were you able to transform the ride into something more 'luxurious'? What was the cost, where'd you get it done, and were you happy with their work?

What it needs is an air suspension like the model S. Coil overs aren't going to do it. Maybe trade it in for a used Model S. Honestly the Model Y is way too harsh compared to other luxury cars.

Does their comfort suspension really make a huge difference? Do they do the install themselves, or I have to take it to another shop? Worried about potential finger pointing if it doesn't work as advertised.

I understand. The Model Y is really a great size, price etc. for an all around family vehicle. I like everything about it except for the ride quality. It probably is not an issue in southern California but in Northern areas it is just too harsh. Hopefully in the future they will offer a air suspension. In the meantime options are limited.

Our shop is for design and development only, but there are a few shops in the GTA with plenty of Tesla and MPP experience that can take great care of you.

What psi are you running your tires at? I have the same issue, I dropped mine down to 41-42 psi and I noticed a big difference. Anything more and I could run over a pencil and I’d feel it.
