Yep, the same day as the warranty expires on my Nissan Leaf. I'll be sitting outside the local service center with my checkbook in hand as they unlock the front door at 10am.

The down payment on my S (what it took for them to tell other potential buyers this one was SOLD), was done by credit card over the phone. So yes, they definitely do.

The other thing I just noticed is that it is also the weekend of the formula e race in long beach. I've been contemplating going again this year. It was fun last year. Perhaps I drive down Thursday and then that night finagle (sp?) my way into the launch event if it's in Hawthorn. If not, find a service center on Friday. Racing on Saturday and then head home Sunday.

Formula E? Any idea if any of the major networks might carry it? That's something of love to watch but I'm a bit too far away.

I just called, because we are not buying anything, just placing reservations they aren't selling anything.
Therefore they think we are good to go for reservations in Texas - yay!

It's usually on one of the Fox sports networks on cable, although it was on the main network once, if I recall correctly.
