How do we know what length to order? I am running the sig wheels SV503s.

you can always check based on the stock lugs. Stock lugs are 24mm long and you can use that to judge how long you want them to be.

I get this question a lot and because of the different style of wheels and bores there isn't a consistent reveal or length lugs stick out. I always suggest using the stock Tesla lugs to judge length (24mm long) or any lugs that you can measure.

Anyone running raw or black lug nuts with rainbow caps? Rainbow on rainbow looks to be too much for me especially with black wheels.

Can you zip the pentalug off with an impact or will that damage the key?

The key is also made out of grade 5 Titanium you wouldn't hurt anything but finish. I always hand tighten just from that. If your impact has enough power to worry you about breaking something you're probably over torquing.
