So quick update - they didn't really address the rear seat alignment but the frunk issue is resolved! Had to replace the front computer module, replacing the hood latch did not work.

They did not replace the trim that had discolored from the car wash, they just 'buffed' it out :'(

As far as the hatch alignment, they didn't really know what to do but it wasn't a HUGE issue for me...no leaks so I'm fine.

Nice walk around! Did you try adjusting the bumpers for lift gate alignment?
 
Scheduled to take delivery 11/30. Looks like a good list, but there is zero chance I would bother being that thorough. I'll hit the key alignment areas, and check paint quality. I don't have all day to spend. I change cars about every 3 years, so I don't look at this as an investment or anything like that. It is a tool for me.
 
There is an app called inspect T it’s free has everything you need to inspect the car including photos and exporting your inspection.
