Making suggestions to TSLA/Elon for software updates.

I am wondering what is the 'best' way to make suggestions to TSLA/Elon for future software updates.
I'd like to request TSLA implement some features found in Europe "across' the fleet. eg rear fog lights & also consider a 'rapid' flash
for braking hard. Some imported European models have these features in NA & TSLA likely has worked out the software anyway.

Could someone offer the mechanism other than the 'bug report" system? Thanks...

Just a note that some of the things like you suggest are likely subject to motor vehicle safety standards in their respective countries and could not be implemented without legislation changing them.

The rapid flash/rear fog light you would have to petition Transport Canada or whichever dept sets the standards for vehicles in Canada, even if you were successful it would only be implemented from the model year or cars that it does get approved, I don't think Tesla would be allowed to add it current vehicles on the road do to some form of out dated laws that are on the books.
