I called and asked if there was something about my build that was causing the long delay in timeline. They said no, it just had not been built and my dates will go forward and back. I asked if there was anything I could plan around, and the guy said no. I would just be assigned a VIN at some point, and then it would be more specific. This whole process is disappointing. I wouldn’t mind a longer date if it was a worst case date.

Hey Jakeg1111 I totally feel your pain ! I ordered MYP black / black with tow no FSD on March 15th and my EDD was May then changed to July to September ( no date just the month )
I also called in June to see if there was a problem with my account because if I was to build one online in June it was the same EDD. Then I told myself ok maybe because I live in Canada on the east part ? But on another forum there is a guy who ordered the same spec on April 18th and received his in June . ( 2 months ) so to me that was the frustrating part because I can understand most of the reasons for delays ( location, spec colour etc ) but having same spec delivered to someone nearby was extremely disappointing . I told myself that there is absolutely nothing to understand from Tesla EDD. I am at the point that I am just waiting for a VIN to be assigned … that’s all we can do. Good luck !

Nope. But I have been to the app ever since. Remember the website is hours faster than the app.
