Could you please send me the discount code? Picking up a MY this weekend and need to swap out those heavy Uberturbines for something more efficient. They respond very quickly on their website through Facebook Messenger, they answered my questions promptly as I recently ordered a 18x7.5 in gunmetal which is the color that is displayed on their website images. I sent ya a pm with a discount code so you can save some money off of any set. Regardless, I would go to their website and ask any questions you may have.
I would really love to see a set of 19s on a TM3. I’m struggling between 18 or 19.
Can you send me a code please? Appreciated that!Sent ya a pm, I would say that for a forged wheel it is good value for the weight combo.
I'm seriously considering getting the Martian 19's (either 8.5 or 9.5) NOW for my 3 LR that I could also put on my Y performance (when I get it). Probably will go with All season and debating on run flats or not too.
I can provide data from PS4S 225/45/18, I averaged 340 wh/mile on 235.35 ZR20 PS4S and 380 Wh/mile on 255/35/20 AS3+, 320 wh/ mile on 235/35/20 AS3+I’ve got the LR RWD version, 2018, still w the stock 18” ‘aero’ wheels. Will need new tires soon, & seriously considering these forged MW03 18” line. I want to actually get the narrowest ones available, 18x7.5, first for range improvement, and also winter traction with decent all seasons (here in northern VA, winter tires are not worth it and would wear out too quickly in the mild winters here). Anyone else have a similar set up, and how it’s working out?
The PS4S are Summer Performance Tires. The ones I am running are 95Y and yes they are rated for Extra Load. The Michellin AS3+ in that size is
225/45ZR18/XL 95Y
Part # 08471
Mileage Warranty
45,000 Miles
Max Load, Single (LB @ PSI)
1521 @ 50
The stock might by 98 load rating. I believe, my tires should be a bit stickier than an all season options in that 225width. So relative to my own driving style you should see slightly lower consumption numbers. We shall see how much lower these 18" PS4S is versus the 20s.
Thanks for the quick reply, thats good to know, last Q: would 235/50R18 fit the Martian 18x8.5 or would it be too tall in the front, hitting one of the arms?215/50 R18 does work, 235 would be too wide of a tire for the rim. if you want to run 235 I would recommend getting the Martian in 18x8.5. The Stock 235/45 / 18 would fit nicely on those.
Thank you! @UWGorilla
I don't suppose anyone makes an aftermarket upper knuckle that somehow allows fitting 50R18 tires?
