If I read things right, salient points,
- Doubles funding from 1.2m to 2.4m
- No excise tax credit for cars costing over $60K (i.e. does not apply to Model S or X)
- Charger install reimbursement drops to 40% from 50%, max of $700 (used to be $900)
More info - GAM-HB0406 Documents 2017 Regular Session
Thoughts/opinions? IMO even though this does not apply to Model S, I'm still happy to see the state do things to promote EVs and clean air. They should also enforce iceholeing more aggressively.
