EDIT (had questions): does this mean factory firmware is approved (since it is a 100 build version)? Since this includes FSDb 11.4, any chance it could be going to the public soon?

That version does not include FSDb 11.4, regardless of what those web sites show. NO factory firmware comes with FSDb.

The website says "Release Notes Are Not Available" and absolutely NOTHING about FSD Beta or anything at all. As you scroll down you are looking at previous release versions notes.
