This also might explain the low quality support I received last night when I called the toll free number 3 separate times and spoke to 3 different agents. All 3 agents came across as new contractors with insufficient knowledge about the Tesla cars. Example, I asked what should be the position of the front air intake flaps adjacent to the fog lights when the car is parked? Open or closed? They had no idea what I was even talking about and one of them called the question as "too technical", forgetting I was calling the technical support line!
