Missing Pieces

Was anyone else’s Model S delivered without the trunk covers? They said they are put of stock… this is interesting to purchase a quote expense car, wait long periods for it and it comes missing parts. Anyone else have missing parts??

Front and back floor mats, both truck covers and privacy shelf was missing when I pickup my Tesla model S. The service guy said I just have to report it on my service app. So frustrating, for almost $100k car and the next appointment that available is end of October. I should have reject the car from beginning...

I had trunk trim missing on my early Model 3. Found the part number and SC ordered it for free. It was missing due to shortage of that part and because it was cosmetic (this was during the first tent line).

Model Y didn't come with front license plate frame, I assume was just an oversight and not parts issue.

I was told that they would mail to my house. After waiting nearly a month I opened a service ticket and attached a picture. Doing that I had it in a week.
