Yeah that is unacceptable. I was lucky enough to ping my DS throughout the process and he let me know when the car was in Toronto. That put me at ease a bit.Red, 18" Aero, EAP - Yes I have VIN. My appointment which was this morning got cancelled last evening. Spoke to DA just yesterday afternoon and was told everything is good so got my cheque ready. And then got called back couple of hours later and was told car hasn't even crossed the border....although I was told few weeks ago that car was already in transit. Now got appointment for weekend but didn't sound so promising that even by then the car will be here. I love Tesla but not happy with customer service.
Damn you have the same delivery as me 9th yet I ordered march 26th how is that make any sense lol

Definitely possible, but it is a high VIN number. I hope it's not a car someone rejected.

I let my car go a high vin number Pearl White just last week. Reason I did is because myself and my wife our out of the country until July 8th. You must have gotten our car. Enjoy I am glad someone here got it.

According to the owner's manual, a message will display on the touchscreen when the washer fluid level is low.Did anyone else pick up their car and notice that the washer fluid was almost empty? Also the car doesn't tell you it needs more washer fluid?
