On every undulation in the pavement, it looks like? Speeding up/slowing down as the weight transfers backward/forward?
That was an upper control arm in the front for me. It can also happen in the rear, if that's where the noise is coming from. The [rubber] bushings cracking earlier than expect is a known issue, and they'll sound exactly like that. There isn't a separate part for just the bushing, they'll swap out the whole arm.
