No trade in. Originally was paying cash but switched to financing (Tesla/USBank) when I got my VIN last week.

Seems like many with February order dates had updates this morning. Moving up dates which is a good sign.

I haven’t seen too many people posting here with an early April EDD so I hope this is a start of a new trend!

I ordered one day earlier so I’m keeping my hopes up for April as well.

I just called their toll-free number to get a status update and politely asked if there any available cars due to order cancellations. Unfortunately there isn't one with my config available....but if anyone in the SF Bay Area is looking for a black with black interior and 18" Aero wheels, there is one up for grabs!

Just out of curiosity, what does the app home screen look like when a VIN is assigned? Can anyone post that? I'm tired of seeing the same "Est. Delivery: May 3- May 31 We'll notify you when it's time to continue with your pre-delivery tasks"

From what ive heard fron Tesla they aren’t shipping if its already been delivered. At least not until the 1st quarter has ended.

I doubt it. It doesn’t make sense for them logistically to arrange shipment of one car.

Yeah, I’m excited I may get it in the next two weeks. I have FSD, so I’m guessing that’s what moved me up since so many others don’t have FSD.

Just out of curiosity, what does the app home screen look like when a VIN is assigned?

It lists VIN: XXX on the line below the RN number at the top of the screen. As far as I'm concerned, the first time it shows, it should be flashing, playing music, with fireworks shooting out the top of the phone, but instead it's just this very unobtrusive line of text waiting to be noticed.
