I don't see anything in that partial VIN that says when the car was likely built. I can understand obscuring the last 2-3 digits of a VIN but hiding the whole thing? Strange.

I just checked the original window sticker, build date was 11/2018

Thanks for the info, I'm surprised there was ANY LR production in November. Perhaps it was built as an off-menu order and the original buyer backed out.
