Model 3 Window Problem. 1st had common problem on here, now won't go up or down at all.

1. At first passenger side window had the problem where it will go all the way down when the door opened, then up to 1/2 way, and then I had to hold down the button to put it back up. 2. Now it will not go up or down at all even though it's been tested and motor is getting power, fuse is fine, resetting regulator did nothing, puddle light has been disconnected/reinstalled, and did calibration of the window in the special menu. And I can sometimes hear the motor trying to put the window up (its down now) so its getting power. Anyone have this problem? And car is not under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
