They are making good progress, crossing Nevada today and logging all sorts of data on their site.
Peak of 840wh per mile going up to Tahoe, averaging 550, and then -275 regen on the way down the other side.

I've been on the fence about my reservation for a while now, and I have to say this blog almost made me cancel! Sitting around in KOA and RV parks for hours during the day is not appealing to me, personally. (Of course, one doesn't take cross-country road trips every day, so it would actually be a relatively rare occurrence.)

However, I'm glad I held out for the Supercharging announcement last night, as the FREE supercharging and nationwide rollout in the next couple years is fantastic news! So now I'm on the fence for a little longer (for other reasons) ;)
