Yes, has been in existence for a long time -- a search will probably get you to it. Also another version in Howe's MS book. IMHO though, both have an awful lot of perhaps old problems that have been long resolved, so they are best used by someone as a starting point -- not a real checklist.

Here is the one I have been building for myself....

Good stuff thank you!

There's an updated Model S (and X and 3) delivery checklist at www.teslachecklists.com. It's mobile and print friendly, and has both quick and full versions.

And it costs money to view. Oh, and the money goes to you I presume?

Sure, there's a one-off $5 charge that contributes to the time I spent creating the lists, keeping them up to date, paying the hosting fees, plugin fees etc. You're the first one to raise the cost as an issue, but that's fine, thanks for the feedback :)

Andrew - No good deed goes unpunished......Thanks for your work. Those who don't want to pay you the $5 can always choose to look elsewhere.

@AndrewL I left a comment on the page, but your Print button doesn't expand the sections, and they only allow one at a time to be expanded. It'd be awesome if pressing the print button expanded all of them.
I'm sorry about that, I've tried to fix it but haven't managed yet. Please try another web browser if it doesn't work. I'll rework the whole collapsable list function.

This is great, thanks for posting this. I wish I had something like this when I got my Model S last month. Although some of my issues were so blatantly horrible you can't miss it. I would recommend that you also inspect the windshield in the sun or different lighting. Some things don't show up in garage lighting. In my case I had severe clear coat over-spray on the windshield. Also, check the liners too to make sure they are fit on snug. It's bad enough that QC at the factory misses these problems but even worse that the delivery team misses them.
