Guys I’m going to make one final adjustment tomorrow to the front, need to add back about 1/4” of profile and correct a 2 degree inward cant…

Then I’ll publish the templates as well as figure out a way to make a few sets for forum members.

If anyone is in the DFW area and has access (and knowledge) to a jeweler/scroll saw that would make my life a lot easier. I cut these 4 out by hand with a plexiglass scoring blade. It’s backbreaking work.

Where did you get the raw sheets from? I also have a small/hobby laser so if it’s from Amazon I can try buying them and cutting them for the sport of it. Will probably fail but at least we will know

Very nice. Shouldn't the textured surface face out, instead of in? That's typical of other flaps.

Where did you get the clips and bolts. Item number for those?

Very nice. Shouldn't the textured surface face out, instead of in? That's typical of other flaps.

The textured surface faces in so it will conceal damage from rocks over time (they blend in with the texture). Smooth surface faces the car so it will not trap particles inbetween the car and the flap over time.

I emailed RPM Tesla and they said they have new mudflaps coming this fall for the new model s!

Also, first rain drive. Lot of trash on the road.

The rears worked wonderfully, no spray of trash on the back bumper. Just some specs from water on the road.

The front did 80% of the job, but I’m going to improve it today.

I can produce one for you. The designs were cut in Fusion 360 so I’m sure I can get them into vector files somehow.
