But the answer isn't "no".. it's "we don't know what the future holds". For all intents and purposes, they just might keep the platforms in "lockstep" but then again, maybe they won't. Who knows?
Is it really worth losing £4K to teach Tesla a little lesson? The reality is, your little spat isn't going to teach or change Tesla one bit (other than raking in an extra £4K for nothing, thank you very much BTW as a stockholder).
They have been completely up front and honest with you. Why can't you see that? The bottom line is you're trying to catch them in some sort of legal commitment which you can then hold over their heads when they don't meet that commitment. Guess what? They're smarter than that and giving you the absolute most honest answer they can give you. You're not the smartest guy in the room.
