Model X Air suspension recalibration

Yesterday I installed “N2itive”new rear camberarms, and toe arms and lowering links on my 2016 Tesla model X P100D. I followed their video on installation, put my car in jack mode and performed the installation keeping all of the adjustments the way they came out of the box set at zero when finished I took car out of Jack mode And the suspension raised up in the rear and stuck there. The front lowers up and down but the rear is stuck. Says its in Jack mode when I hit the button it turns off and comes back on again, but about the fifth or sixth time I hit the button, jack mode stays off, but the car is stuck at full height in the rear . Has anyone had this problem before? I’ve done some reading online and it looks like I need to have the car air suspension re-calibrated through “Toolbox” when hooked up to OBD.

Have tried putting in gear and driving a short distance? As I recall once I disconnected the the links and moved the arms it put it self in Jack mode. Any errors in from service mode? Double check all the connectors on the ride height sensors? Can you change the ride height?

I have tried driving car a few times. I thought it would just correct itself or recalibrate automatically. The front of car will go up and down. But the back is stuck fully up. The suspension in the rear seems like it’s locked out. Extremely jarring hitting any little bump in road. I thought maybe when I put new lowering link on after putting rear camber and toe arms on that maybe the sensor got flipped 180 out or something because it was disconnected and just hanging in place while all the work was done. I’m calling alignment guy today to see if this has occurred to him ever. They put these N2uitive kits on a lot and the guy at N2uitive knows this company well and they are familiar with installation.

And….. here is the solution. 12 V reset apparently if you are in jack mode for too long the air suspension shuts itself off. And then it sticks in jack mode. You don’t want to know what I had to do to figure out how to fix the problem. make sure when you do the 12 V reset you disconnect the high voltage responder loop as well. Make sure that the car is shut off in with the power off button on the screen and make sure that the key is far enough away from the car so it doesn’t trigger it. Then disconnect the 12 V battery for 90 seconds reconnect the 12 V battery reconnect the responder loop. Then you have to make sure you reboot the car twice and power cycle for the jack mode to finally be reset.
