My 2017 model X heater stopped working. I actually turned heat on with mobile app, saw on app the temp in the car go up then went back down as it was cold 45 degrees out. Defrost also no heat. Rebooted car no luck. Any suggestions?
If you heard a POP sound then the heater needs to be replaced. Your heater is toast. Happened to mine last year.Hi.. I have 2017 X100D with no heat as well. Wife said she smelled burning something, then a POP noise and then cold air. Trying to check fuses now.

I challenged that with the word "What?!?" and they then admitted that they didn't have the parts. Waiting to get it fixed in January.DeejUK... your resolution the same as ours or something else?
