Model X owners with New Years Firmware - Check In!

I was hoping I would be one of the chosen. No such luck. Appreciate any observations of the new functionality.

Firmware received and drove from Irvine to San Diego.

Whole trip, I got a message saying "cameras in calibration".

Any of the features like foward collision detection, Adaptive cruise control and auto steer depending on the cameras is non functional. Vanilla cruise control is also offline.

I notice the Model X was no longer reading speed limit signs.

I am almost thinking I wasn't supposed to get the update since no one else checked in?

Lots of activity for S drivers.

This is great because I did not know you could pull the cruise control stalk towards you a second time to automatically set speed to detected signs... I've been doing it manually for 2 months lol

I got the exact situation like you. Only cruise is available at highway. Are we the 1/1000?

If 2.50.185 is that update Hmach mentions, it might be the 1/1000. MS before MX typical.

I'm on 2.50.180 that is pre-EAP

Features including forward collision detection, adaptive cruise control and auto steer for AP2

I think it's time to write an angry "open letter".

Mine is 2.50.185 but actually nothing specially exciting. Auto steer is disabled when you goes over 35mph. I'd expected more for this update. Frankly.

Well that's something, are you driving MS? EV-fw.com shows only one install, it is Model S.

I'm previous MX 90D owner, so I know what to expect and will step slowly thanks to you posters.

8.0 (2.50.185) unsafe to use.

I got the new firmware, MX 60d non-pup with HW2 AP. I did not notice any camera calibrations. We just took a trip but only got to test it for a few seconds, no major traffic with speeds ≤35 mph to try AP2 on. I did try some TACC but also was only brief... Will need more time before posting feedback
