Just missed the update for the meetup yesterday morning! ;-)Just got the new firmware last night, going to go for a spin shortly and will report any interesting observations.
I was hoping I would be one of the chosen. No such luck. Appreciate any observations of the new functionality.Just got the new firmware last night, going to go for a spin shortly and will report any interesting observations.
This is great because I did not know you could pull the cruise control stalk towards you a second time to automatically set speed to detected signs... I've been doing it manually for 2 months lolFYI. Non pup. Hope it's in the right thread..

I got the exact situation like you. Only cruise is available at highway. Are we the 1/1000?Firmware received and drove from Irvine to San Diego.
Whole trip, I got a message saying "cameras in calibration".
Any of the features like foward collision detection, Adaptive cruise control and auto steer depending on the cameras is non functional. Vanilla cruise control is also offline.
I notice the Model X was no longer reading speed limit signs.
I am almost thinking I wasn't supposed to get the update since no one else checked in?
Lots of activity for S drivers.
Mine is 2.50.185 but actually nothing specially exciting. Auto steer is disabled when you goes over 35mph. I'd expected more for this update. Frankly. If 2.50.185 is that update Hmach mentions, it might be the 1/1000. MS before MX typical.
I'm on 2.50.180 that is pre-EAP
Well that's something, are you driving MS? EV-fw.com shows only one install, it is Model S.Mine is 2.50.185 but actually nothing specially exciting. Auto steer is disabled when you goes over 35mph. I'd expected more for this update. Frankly.
No. I am driving MX.Well that's something, are you driving MS? EV-fw.com shows only one install, it is Model S.
OK, understood. I see below thread started on that release just now.No. I am driving MX.
Hi Benji,
Does anything work or is it just calibrating camera still?
I would of thought 80 miles of driving was sufficient for calibration.
I think it's time to write an angry "open letter".
