Thanks for the pics. Honestly, thinking back I don’t remember buying a new car from any of a number of manufacturers that didn’t have panel or trim gap issues. Though I’ve never bought a car this expensive (gulp)...
I think you’re right that the frunk hood and charge port door are the things worthy of getting corrected by Tesla service. Keep us updated.
 
Trust me I said the same thing...they suggested putting in a service request which I have done as I just wanted to get on the road and I knew it would get addressed in the future.
As a follow up, Tesla mobile service replaced the charge port this morning and I can’t imagine a better fit now vs what was previously “in spec”.

Thanks for posting follow up pics. That’s awesome they fixed it. Charge port looks the way it should but man that was an invasive repair. Looks like it was more than the door...they replaced the base of the charge port too?
