Model Y excessive battery drain

First thing change from miles to percent charge if you haven't already. And have you tracked range on any longer trips? Say 100 to 200 miles on one charge?

Made the switch to %. Yes, I've been on a few long trips and the battery's range falls short, especially when the AC is on. I get about 70% of the indicated range. If it shows 220 miles, I'll get about 170. My 12v battery just went dead. Had to have the vehicle towed. Maybe Tesla will look into my complaints now. Thanks for the suggestions.
