Yeah same here. We have 2 Model 3s, but if this is true, we might trade one in.
Ha. This is funny. Had a Tesla rep email me a few hours ago as i had inquired 2 weeks back about the rebate.
He said he still hasn't heard anything about it qualifying for the rebate. Though.. would be pretty sweet if he was wrong.
I thpught all Model Y in Canada will be sold with a heated steering wheel. Maybe that's the delay?

We already got a quote from them and it wasn’t that bad. We’ll see if it’s still the same in a month or so if we move forward with the Y.
$34K for 2019 SR+ which is good, but the offer wasn’t good on our 2018 LR AWD w/EAP.
If you don't mind sharing, what did they offer for your 2018.

Yea. Thats what they offered me in december. Ask them again. You will be shocked what they come back with

ah, ok. lol I think i misread the context of your post. I understand now.
Just for kicks I’ll try to get a quote near end of Q1 just to see what laughable number they come back with.
