The scandalous side of me wants to come up with a Tesla version of "rolling coal" to do to the trucks that blow the black smoke. Happened to me a couple of times and I had no idea it was as pervasive as it appears to be. Literally, how stupid can one be?
On this specific video, my observations.
1. The knife looks like a pen. Notice the broken pocket clip and small ballpoint hole when she exits the vehicle.
2. She exits from an employee access door in the rear of a commercial building (possibly shopping center).
3. She exits her vehicle with a plastic bag and returns without. Possibly dropping off something to a co-worker or friend.
4. I'm going with the incident being a deliberate act since there were clearly open parking spaces around both vehicles.

Except they have to be in front of you to do it to you to begin with, so I don’t think you really know it’s coming. Yes I can get in front of them after, but it doesn’t exactly fulfill my primal need for sweet retribution for their stupidity.
