No. Its effectively 7 pin in a 13 pin plug. Manual has the pinouts.

Seems to depend on when it was fitted. You should have the live/aux pins, however the early ones didn’t have this as the 12v DC-DC converter wasn’t available. New installs should have the live and aux wiring.

The Y (and newer 3s) use lithium ion 12v batteries, which aren’t actually 12v, they’re something like 15v. For a trailer you need a DC-DC converter to bring the voltage down to 12v so you don’t fry the trailer electrics.

Charging lead acid batteries is usually around 14.4v. Much more than this and you start overheating and off-gassing, probably damaging the batteries.

Has anyone fixed this issue with the SC or gotten one that works? I picked up my MYLR last week and the 7 pin had no 12v power. Signals & brakes work fine, but no power.

Do you mean that the permanent 12V live pin in the 13 pin socket isn’t wired?
