Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement Model S rear hatch rubber screw cap?

Thank you, but I think these would be too large to work. I need something with a smaller opening to go over a screw.

Try your SC. I stopped by my local SC and they gave me few. They suggested putting some caulk inside to hold them in place.
