I have two Model S LR Orders Both 19", Both Black Interior, one MSM, one Red,.
One order is on my account and one is on a my "Brother In Law's" account ;)

They both have the same Trade-In VIN attached. Same photos. Both won't expire for a couple weeks.

I'm going to purchase the one on my "Brother In Law's" account Saturday. It's has the base $5K lower price than mine.

The one on my account has a higher trade-in offer.

How would I go about getting Tesla to move that trade-in offer to the one I'm gonna pick up.

Basically get them to Price Match themselves.

The last expire on the trade-in was a week apart and I think the car I'm picking up got hit with the drop. My order didn't, but it's still valid.

I don't want them to screw up. Both trades are good. But I'm worried they will do something stupid and remove both trades and ask me to submit a brand new one that will be even lower. I might just leave it.

But if there was safe clean way to get them to move it sure would be nice.

P.S. Tesla doesn't like you buying a car on someone else's account either. My license, insurance etc. is all attached to both orders and I have access to both accounts.
But it could raise an eyebrow if I try to ask them to move the trade.

The difference is pretty significant.

What say you?
