I should be receiving my 2021 Model 3 LR and coilovers soon. Any recommendations for a reputable and affordable installer in the 626 area? Willing to travel around LA, OC and SB area as well.

Try 365 Performance, they have worked on several Tesla’s, check out their IG/Facebook. I personally had my 3 lowered in Eibach by them, reasonable prices with no issues after installation. I believe they now offer alignment services also.

Hey guys! 700 posts, that's wild, I can't believe there has been this much discussion and feedback.

I wanted to let you all know that we have some of these kits in stock now, not a lot of course, but we have been managing to move a few at a time over the last few months to our warehouse so we can offer them with next day shipping. For our European customers, we will still ship them directly from Germany to you so you don't have to pay VAT. For our North American customers, we can get these sent from the warehouse to your home in 2-5 days.

Thank you for all of your support, we love you guys!

I got the tracking info on mine from Germany. Can't wait to get these in and installed! Thank you guys for the transparency in the process and the friendliness of your team.

Awesome! Do you have LR RWD in stock :) ?

If I want about .75” lower, how is that achieved with these? Is there an accurate way to dial specific numbers? I see people talking about half 2.5 turns and such, but this seems like it will be a lot of trial and error

It's trial an error. After getting things roughly the way you like them, it never hurts to have an alignment specialist shop do a corner balance and alignment.

Much better now!

I got the @MountainPass Comfort Coilovers (RWD non-adjustable) installed by The Driveway in San Jose last week, took it on our local “test loop” with our teenager in the back seat, and then on a 1000 km trip over the weekend (empty back seat for that). Finally the car is a pleasure to drive, especially on the highway. I think it properly qualifies as “sporty firm” now. Most importantly, the back seat rider gave it a “thumbs up” and “much better”. On city streets, the improvement is still quite noticeable, but less; there is still some jiggle and bounce, but it's not as embarrassingly bad as before. It mostly settles nicely now, very little of that repeated bouncing up and down after one bump.

I was looking for a better ride, not a lower car. Jesse from MPP had recommended “to lower your car by 1cm to the same height as the Performance Model 3 to get the maximum performance out of the kit” and I passed that straight on to the Driveway team. Looks good, and I am happy. Thanks! And a big thanks to everyone else leaving reviews here on TMC, I read most of them.

just picked up a set of MPP Comfort Coils for AWD with rear cambers and some Whiteline end links. Will report back on what I think. Lightweight have some buyers remorse I didn't go with the adjustables but we'll see.
As long as you like the predefined settings of the non-adjustables, I would not worry about it. I had adjustable coilovers on my MX-5 for years and never touched them after I dialed in my preferred settings (which took about two months of tweaking).

I would like to make a review of the comfort AWD coilovers and camber arms I bought in the near future but the short story is it has been a positive experiance, I should mention though that you really should look into the whole Europe and tax thing as we were charged £150 on arrival for our kit from Germany (we are in Europe, specificially UK), Europe is a continent, its not to be confused with the EU.

Your comments are spot on to my experience with MPP coilovers. Your ride stays sporty firm, yet the road imperfections suddenly are handled much better as one would expect from a premium car. I love the height you chose as well. Enjoy your ride.

I've also got mine installed last week at The Driveway in San Jose. I've decided to have the comfort Coliovers, along with Master brake Cylinder Brace, and front lower control arm bushings done. And yes, those harsh bumps are pretty much gone. A lot of times, I'm going over a bump and expecting that harsh feel, but instead, it was very mild and indeed, comfortable, yet sporty.
I used to feel the floatiness on moderate/highway speed long curve/corners and now it feels more planted, stable. Mine is lowered to MPP's recommendation, which is about 1-1.5 inches lower, so I've been very careful going over speed bumps and drivesways. So far, only hit the speedbump at work, which is one of those higher ones, so I've learned to go around it, or just half of the car over it, and it's been fine.

The recommended compression/rebound setting is slightly more towards comfort, so I'm thinking of adjusting to slightly firmer to see. So from 12C/10R to 10C/8R. Which would firm up a bit more and hopefully be more responsive.

Jesse from MPP has been extremely helpful, so shoutout to him.
