What a reversal, Tesla is now charging $250 for a yoke wheel.

I wonder in 5 years, will having a yoke be considered a good thing (adds value to a used car sale), or if the yoke makes a model S or model X unsellable.

Like having bees in the car… if it’s a super bee SRT that’s a good thing. But if it’s just a bunch of stinging a-holes then it’s a bad thing.

Update: Tesla now charges $1,000 for the Yoke!? Does Tesla just hate the Yoke?

Well the yoke is nice but the materials suck. I’ve had mine replaced once and it’ll happen again soon. I think they charge so much because they know they’ll have to replace it all because of poor materials so the replacement is built into that cost.
