My Model Y battery loses 2 % each day while it sits in garage, Sentry & Climate are off, what gives ?

I use the car a few times a week, charge to 80 or 85 after I use it .. then I change "charge setting" to 60% so it won't keep charging 2% each day and after 5 days it's down 10%.
Nothing is ON that I know of so I'm a bit disappointed. If I go a week without using it .. it'll be down roughly 15%.

Make sure that nothing is polling the car, or the Tesla-app is opened on your phone too frequentliy. This will keep the car awake and result in a battery drain just as it would when enabling sentry.

Yes, opening the Tesla app wakes the car. You can use the Tessie app to monitor your car without waking it up.

as mentioned by many above... 3rd party apps, Using Tesla App, etc. wakes up the car and it doesn't go immediately to sleep like mobile phone screen. Either ways, 2 percent in 24 hours is not too bad. Every rechargeable battery looses charge on its own.

My Model Y loses maybe at most 1% after a week of sitting in the garage. Note I'm in SF bay area where it's not that cold. At home in the garage, sentry is off and doors are unlocked. Just walking by the car with my phone does NOT wake up the car. The only way the car wakes is if you open the app or open a door/trunk. I do not have any third party app such as Tessie.
