YokohamaADVAN Sport A/S+245 /35 R21 96Y XL BSWChicago Owners. What tires and wheels should i get to replace my 21 inch turbines? Looking for all season and thinking about selling the 21 inch wheels/tires.
load rating is more than enoughApart from the size difference with OEM (probably not too much of an issue), I guess 96Y is too low for the load rating.
take a look at the newly-released Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4, which comes standard on the new Corvette C8 (yes an all-season)- I know this is the tire I'll be getting when the warm season is over (love the PS A/S 3 on my Model 3).. some tire sizes that can work:
front:
255/40ZR21 102Y XL
rear:
265/40ZR21/XL 105Y
275/35ZR21/XL 103Y
285/40ZR21/XL 109Y
there was a 295/35 that appeared a few days ago but is no longer listed- more options will likely show up in the coming months

Yes all season is the issue You are good in FloridaI have the 21s too. Why are people wanting to change them so bad. I live in Florida so summer tires are fine. Is that the main reason? They are just as efficient as the inductions.
Someone posted some data here recently where going down each inch from 21s to 19s you got 7% more efficiency each inch.I have the 21s too. Why are people wanting to change them so bad. I live in Florida so summer tires are fine. Is that the main reason? They are just as efficient as the inductions.
Want More sidewall. Per Tesla the 21s are 10% less efficient than the inductions. Prefer square setupI have the 21s too. Why are people wanting to change them so bad. I live in Florida so summer tires are fine. Is that the main reason? They are just as efficient as the inductions.
Someone did a real life test on YouTube comparing the 2 and they were identicalWant More sidewall. Per Tesla the 21s are 10% less efficient than the inductions. Prefer square setup
Yep. Ill try to find the video and post it. I think the Inductions got 1 mile better. I was pretty impressed and shocked at the same time.Someone did a real life test on YouTube comparing the 2 and they were identical
